Our Online Banking System will prompt you every 90 days to change your password.

Please remember that this password will need to be a password that you have not previously used.

While Companion works to make our Online Banking service as convenient as possible, there are many factors outside our control that hamper this process - the main one being Fraud. Many financial institutions are being forced to upgrade security systems for their users to overcome the costs of these fraudulent transactions.

The decision to implement a revolving password gives our members some protection should their password get into the wrong hands. We do expect members to make sure that they also have up-to-date virus detectors and firewall protection as further security precautions.

Please note that the password resetting parameters have been set so that our registered users of Online Banking must not have the same password as the last 4 attempts.
