Recently a house fire in Nelson Bay saw the Gibson-Ford family of Singleton tragically lose their 2 year old daughter.

From 4 June 2008 when you use your Companion Visa card to pay for goods you will be able to choose the PIN number option, or you can continue to sign as you have always done.

For extra protection on each of your visa transactions we now encourage you to enter your PIN rather than signing. Provided you pressed 'credit' first there will be no fee incurred.

Your PIN currently dedicated to your card will remain the same. However if you have forgotten your PIN please contact your nearest Companion Branch whom can issue you with a new PIN immediately on your current card.

Spend less time paying bills ?

BPAY is a FREE service with Companion that allows you to securely pay your bills. You can future date payments so the bill is paid on the due date and you can also set up regular payments (eg; to your credit card). You are also given a receipt number to confirm your payment is completed. Just look out for the BPAY symbol on your next bill its that easy !
