Look after the environment with e-statements

E-statements are a great way to protect the environment, and you can access them online for free for up to 7 years.

You can register for e-statements or update your nominated email address within Internet Banking, or by calling us.

• Register now and have immediate access to 4 years worth of historical e-statements*.
• Never loose a statement: access up to7 years of statements at no cost.
• Easy to change: you can register for e-statements within Internet Banking or by contacting us.
• Be green: know you are actively reducing your household’s carbon footprint by going online.
• Timely: don’t wait for snail mail, an email will be sent to your nominated email address alerting you that your e-statement is ready for viewing within Internet Banking.
• Safe & secure: don’t stress about your mailed statement being intercepted. Secure access to your e-statement is provided within Internet Banking using two factor authentication. Simply log in and select ‘View e-statements’.

We will never send you an email asking for your account, membership or password details. All e-statements will be sent from the following email address cps@edd.hpa.com.au, for added security e-statement notifications will never contain any links within the email you receive. To update your email address or register you can do so via Internet Banking.

*  Some members may experience a discrepancy in accessing these historical e-statements. E-statements received by members prior to a merger may not be available as an e-statement, but are available on request.
