Internet Banking Security Tokens


We  have completed our migration to the new VIP Online Security Token system effective 1 November 2011, at which time the old tokens became obsolete.

Any member issued with a new hardware token, that missed the deadline for registration, can still register online by accessing the Register Token menu under the Service Options within Internet Banking. This also applies to any member that plans to utilise the VIP Access application available for download to any web enabled mobile phone.

Registration of your new Token requires that you have Secure SMS activated to enable a secure code to be sent to your home, work or mobile phone. If this option is not available when you click on the Register Token menu, simply call our Member Contact Centre for assistance on 132 585 and quote your Telephone Banking Passcode.
