How to Apply in person or online FOR A HOME LOAN

To make your home loan application process quick and easy, follow these tips to gather the documents you need to provide or download our What You Need to Apply Checklist. Of course not all applications are the same and we may need to ask you for additional information.

 
What you will need to apply - home loans

Identification

  • If you are an existing member, your member number and password will be sufficient.
  • If you are a new member, your Australian drivers licence or passport. Or talk to us about other acceptable forms of identification.

Income

  • If you are a wage earner, your 2 most recent payslips which show the employer's and employees names.
  • If you are self employed, your last 2 year's Financial Statements and 2 most recent taxation Notice of Assessments.
  • If you earn Rental Income, evidence of rental income from your Bank Statements, Financial Statements or Real Estate Agent.

Loans or savings not with us

  • Your last 6 months statements, on any current home loan.
  • Your last 6 months statements, on any other loans or credit cards.
  • Your passbooks or last statement on any savings or investment accounts.

Other information

  • If you have found a property, your purchase contract and the name and contact details of your conveyancer or solicitor.
  • If you already have a property for security, your latest rates notice.
  • If you are building, a copy of your building contract, plans and council approval.
  • If you already have insurance on the property, a certificate of currency of insurance or we can offer you insurance.
 

How to apply

Apply online and have a lending consultant call you to finalise your home loan application, discuss your options and guide through the process all the way to settlement.
