Fees & Charges

As a credit union, we are committed to providing all members with a level of fee free banking. We want you to enjoy the best in banking products and services without incurring any unnecessary costs and believe that fees and charges need to be fair and equitable, and easy to understand.

We apply the principles of mutuality to everything we do and have a sensible approach to fees and other account keeping charges.

Every credit union member is a shareholder and a part-owner of their financial institution. Any fee income we receive is returned to members in the form of lower interest rates, special package offers and higher deposit rates. It also covers our costs and the charges we incur for providing services such as ATMs and Internet Banking.

We have a range of transaction and savings accounts to suite our members different needs.

Transaction Fees

Most of our transaction accounts charge transaction fees based on usage but provide members with a level of fee free banking in recognition of the amount of business held with the credit union as well as the duration of their relationship with us.

Account Keeping Fees

Our Everyday Account has a monthly fee and offers most transactions fee free. The monthly fee is automatically waived if members meet a minimum direct credit requirement each month. We do not charge account keeping fees on the remainder of our transaction accounts.

Fee Free Banking

Whilst all members have to bank fee free, some products offer members or groups of members all or almost all transactions fee free. The Community Account and Youth Banking accounts (available to members aged 18 years and under) all offer fee free access to most transaction types. We also offer Full Time Students access to more fee free transactions.
